We're looking for 100 people to join this free and exclusive club while agreeing to raise a minimum of £100 throughout the year. As long as you're getting fit in some way, Fitness 100 allows you to set your own pace and your own goals whilst having fun reaching your target. Together we can raise £10,000!

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU!Your dedicated Fitness 100 Leader will be on hand to give you support or advice, help with training plans, great fundraising tips and most importantly help you reach your personal and fundraising goals!
HOW DO I JOIN FITNESS 100?
All we ask is for our Fitness 100 members to commit to raising a minimum of £100 over 12 months.
Step 1 - Choose an event: One big event or lots of little events - it all counts!
Step 2 - Prepare & Plan: Set up your online fundraising page & spread the word.
Step 3 - Training: Is there training involved in your activity? Be motivated & get prepared to make your challenge more of a success by training. Your Fitness 100 Leader will be able to support you.
Step 4- Let your friends and family see how well you're doing by posting your training photos and blogs on your Facebook and other social media sites throughout the year.
