Fitness 100 Ideas!

If you had a look at our previous blog post you will know a bit more about the Fitness 100 Club. But if you need some inspiration on how to get started, we have some great ideas for you!

Swim - Challenge yourself to a sponsored swim by taking part in the Great Scottish Swim. Dive into this challenge, head first, and raise your £100 target!

Get Messy - If you don’t mind getting a bit muddy for charity, why not tackle the Mud Runner event or Spartan Race. Crawl, run or dive your way through this muddy, tough terrain and challenging obstacles!

Dance - Have you ever thought you could be on Strictly Come Dancing? Why not run your own Strictly Charity Dance Event or attend a Zumbathon.

Cycle - Pedal out of your Sunday cycle comfort zone and take part in Pedal for Scotland.

Perhaps you are more of a low key fundraiser? Don’t panic! We have something to suit every style and pace! We can advise you on a variety of activities that are available, from morning walking groups to family fun runs - anyone can be part of SSBA’s Fitness 100 Club!

Why don't you get involved and tell us what you'll be doing for Fitness 100? You could help inspire others!

Simply upload your photos or ideas to the Scottish Spina Bifida Association Facebook page, or if you would prefer to upload your pictures on Twitter, send them to @SpinaBifidaScot.

Make sure you include the hashtag #Fitness100 to keep up-to-date with what other members of the Fitness 100 Club are doing.
