Introducing the Family Support Service specifically designed for you...
The Family Support Service (for those with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus and/or allied disorders)
The new number to dial is 08459 11 11 12
The service will ensure that EVERY registered user will receive direct contact from the Family Support Service each year. As a registered ?user? you should receive a copy of our Talk:BACK magazine regularly. The contact may also simply be a telephone call to keep up to date with your own circumstances but it will also be a direct means of keeping you up to date with what is happening nationally and locally and of new services etc. which may be of direct benefit to you, as a user of our services.
We will also try to ensure that you will be able to speak to a "real" person on the other end of the phone, not an answering machine! Our aim is to ensure that a member of staff will always be able to speak to you personally between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
