National and International Collaboration

The Association works closely with its sister organisation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (ASBAH) The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and is a member of the International Federation for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (IFHSB)

Membership Affiliations

The Scottish SPINA BIFIDA Association is a member of Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, Children in Scotland and the Neurological Alliance for Scotland.

Staffing and Management Structure

The Association has appointed a Chief Executive and Administrative staff to oversee the professional and administrative aspects of all of its work. In addition, a small fundraising team have responsibility for ensuring regular revenue income is generated to maintain services and provide funding for future developments.
