This trip is suitable for people of all ages. The one thing everyone has in common is a sense os adventure and the desire to do something challenging for a great cause! Some people come with friends or family but most won't know anyone else on the trip so it's also a great opportunity to make some new friends! Everyone is welcome.

Fitness Level: It's vital that you train so that you get the most out of the trek. Once registered, you will receive a suggested training plan and Skyline will be on hand to help you with your training tips.
