Venue: SSBA Centre, Cumbernauld

In February 2007, 27 brave individuals raised over £2,500 for the Association by walking across 20 feet of burning embers at a temperature of 1386 degrees fahrenheit with no trickery or hypnosis.

In 2008 the FIREWALK is back but this time there will be an added challenge option of a GLASSWALK. Through a combination of modern methods drawn from yoga, relaxation, talk, analogy, demonstration and example the participants will be led to a state of mind whereby, not only do they no longer fear the thought of marching across 20ft of broken glass, but they want to do it backwards as well!! And yes it is real glass!

Both challenges will: Increase confidence and self-esteem, Release fears and doubts, Breakthrough limiting beliefs and conditioning, Transform your fears into positive action and best of all they contain lots of fun and laughter.

This is a great event for team building or individuals.

This year the event is being sponsored by the Round Table, Area 51 Central Scotland which means that every penny raised will go directly to the Association.
